Quip of the Day

"I write in fragments to put together because I know the final picture, I just have to find the order that makes it."

It's true, isn't it? Although I am sure there are writers who don't know the ending. But I know the beginning, I know the ending. I just have to figure out the snapshots in between. Those little things that when sewn together will make a tightly woven tapestry that takes you from point A to point B.

  1. i am just a vessel for what i write. the characters take over and type for me. i am utterly surprised at what happens in my stories. i have no clue how you people do it, knowing your endings and all! craziness, that is!

  2. That does happen to me, quite often sometimes. But I still have that general idea of the ending and whether the characters like it or not, that's how it's going to be. Though they can make getting there tricky
